Since chiropractic care involves a series of visits, with each one building on the ones before, it’s important that our relationship can go the distance. We’ve found that one of the best ways to have successful patient relationships is to explain everything in advance. No surprises!

First Visit
For your first visit, appointment are appreciated. Upon arriving to our office your will be warmly welcomed.
You will need to fill the patient information form, which can be downloaded from our website so you can complete the information in advance. Your insurance will be verified for chiropractic coverage. The first visit includes a physical exam followed by electric muscle stim therapy, then the doctor will adjust you and provide any other necessary treatment.
The whole visit takes about an hour.
Second Visit
On your second visit you will meet with the doctor, who will answer any questions that you may have. Then the electric muscle stim therapy will be applied followed by an adjustment and treatment. The visit takes about 30 minutes.
A Special Visit
Our office not only offers chiropractic care, but also offers the nutritional testing.
Dr. Zen will evaluate you through nutritional testing and recommend nutriontional supplements that will support your good health.
